Stampin’ Up! This Birthday Piggy has dies! This Birthday Piggy was cute before but add the dies and Holy Moly! I am pretty sure the adorable wagon is my Favorite! Rebecka and I just had to use these cuties for Spontaneous Sunday Stamping this week. Be sure to join us every Sunday on FB Live here at 7:30 pm central.
First up we have This Birthday Piggy in the wonderful wagon. Rebecka couldn’t wait to build this. The little pig stamp actually has a birthday cake in the image too. But she simply snipped it off and used it to decorate the inside of her card. I love how she used the Blending Brushes to create the sky and ground. We both used the amazing Deckled Rectangles, these are a must have in your crafting stash.
Next we have The Birthday Piggy I created. The clouds were made by punching out a cloud with the Cloud Punch, then I laid the punched piece on my cardstock and used my Blending Brush with Balmy Blue ink. the Fresh Freesia piece is cut with the Spot & Dots Die from the Annual Catalog. Plus you can earn it tis month FREE with a qualifying sale A Bration order. I couldn’t resist adding the bandana as a ”babushka” to her sweet little head.
When I was younger I had a friend whose Grandma was from Poland. Grandmother in Poland is Babushka but in North America Babushka is ”headscarf tied under the chin, typically worn by Polish women.” We would have sleepovers with my friend’s Babushka and wear Babushkas on our heads and dance to Polka music. So much fun!
